This is an affordable reticle management system that deploys a space saving design with a full featured reticle management system. Just a quick bar code and the shelf presents itself to the operator. An indicator light illuminating the box for easy retrieval. Scan the retrieved box's bar code for a mistake proof transaction. The database knows every reticle's whereabouts, history, and operator interaction. Multiple systems can be tied together. Control can be by your FAB's host or through the system's PC based reticle manager. These lockers are sized to fit your available space/s. Shelves are adjustable making it possible to accommodate multiple box sizes.
